How much does a class cost?

How often should I exercise?
If you are new to exercise, begin with 2-3 classes a week and gradually add classes. To increase your fitness level, work out 4-5 times per week.
May I bring drinks and food to a class?
We recommend Jazzercisers bring a non-breakable water bottle with a lid to class. Prevent accidents and spillage by keeping drinks out of the way of other Jazzercisers. No food or gum, please.
Do I need weights or mats?
Weights are optional for new customers. We recommend you familiarize yourself with the basic exercises and techniques before using light (3-5 lb.) weights. 3 lb hand weights & mats are available for use at our centers.
Do I need special clothes or equipment?
Any loose, comfortable clothes are fine. Most people wear jazz pants and a bra top or T-shirt. Bring along a towel. We do sell bottled water & Ryka aerobic shoes. Otherwise, wear a good cross trainer, or high top built for side to side movement.
What type of shoes should I wear to class?
The best type of shoe to wear to Jazzercise is an aerobic shoe, especially one with a higher top. This provides better ankle support for the latteral movements you will be doing. However, aerobic shoes can be hard to find, so a good (i.e. more expensive) crosstrainer is a good subsitute. The most important item you will wear to class are your shoes, so cheaper is definetely not better.![]()
